This recipe is only 'famous' to my niece and nephew. It's something I whipped up for them years ago. Everytime they come to stay, I have to make 'Auntie's Famous Smoothies'. It is so easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. There is no real science to this, just add what you like and adjust for how many you are serving.
Add frozen strawberries and frozen mangos in a blender. I prefer to use frozen fruit, then you don't have to add ice.
Add 8oz. of yogurt. I'm on a greek yogurt kick, but you can use any plain or flavored yogurt you like. You can also add a little protein powder too.
Add enough milk to cover the fruit and yogurt and blend until smooth.
And, there you have it. A delicious fruit smoothie.
